Tuesday Morning Haul
I'm not sure if I have mentioned this before, but I seriously love Tuesday Morning. If you are into crafting or scrapbooking, you can find really awesome stuff there and everything is super affordable. Here's what I have recently purchased at my local Tuesday Morning.
After watching a few haul videos and checking out some pictures on Instagram, I decided to try my local store to see if they finally had anything good. I'm so glad that I did because they had some awesome stuff. I was so excited to find those Amy Tangerine epoxy stickers, the Christy Tomlinson mask/stencil, and the ephemera packs.
As soon as I saw that zoo themed mambiKIT, I immediately got it. We love going to the zoo and had just come back from visiting the zoo so finding this was awesome! And it was only $1! Seriously it was only a dollar and it comes with stickers, papers and chipboard! I was also surprised to find some Pocket Pages themed cards and bought two different ones. I actually won the holiday/year round themed cards a couple of years ago and just recently ran out so I was glad to find some.
I am really loving that stencil and can't wait to use it in my art journal. So I'm pretty sure that you all know that I love ephemera packs and I was so excited to find some that were Summer themed. These will be great in layouts, cards, and my art journal. I was also surprised to find out that I accidentally purchased two ephemera packs that are the same, but that's ok because I know I will use it.

I already have a pack of the Pocket Pages themed cards (the one with the hot air balloon), but purchased another one because I was running out. That pack of themed cards is actually one of my favorite sets so I had to get it.
Overall, I am very pleased with what I found at Tuesday Morning. I can't wait to start creating using my new supplies!
Do you shop at Tuesday Morning?

Birthday Cards-Simple Stories Birthday Pack
Hey! Hey! It's been a while since I made some birthday cards so I took some time to make a bunch. It didn't take too long to make these cards and they are super simple to make. *This post may be a bit photo heavy due to the amount of cards that I made.*
To make my cards, I used white and kraft card bases. I adhered 3x4 and 4x6 cards to the bases, but I did trim the 4x6 cards so that they would fit on the bases. Then I added some stickers, enamel dots, and a die cut onto the cards.
Supplies Used:

Dylusions Paints Review
Hey! Hey! Today I have something very exciting to share with you all! If you follow me on Instagram, then you may have seen some pictures of the Dylusions Paints that I received for Mother's Day. I got some of the paints as an early Mother's Day gift and the rest I got on Mother's Day. You can check out some of my pictures of the paints here.
After watching some videos on Youtube of the paints and checking out some pictures of the paints and projects on Instagram, I decided that I had to get them. I thought that there were only 12 in the collection, but apparently there are 18. Unfortunately, my local Michaels only has the original 12 so I will have to order the other 6 online or try to find them in another shop.
Anyways, these paints are awesome! They are so bright and extremely fluid. Seriously, you have to be very careful when you open them because they may spill. There was no strong odor and the colors dry really fast. I did hear that you should put the lid back on the container so that the paint won't dry out, but I do it mainly because I do not want the paint to spill. Yes, I can be a bit clumsy. You may also tell that I used the paint that was on the lid. I have been using the paint that is in the lid first rather than just going into the actual container. Oh and a little paint goes a long way. I was amazed at how little paint I used and was very impressed that I did not need a lot of paint to cover large areas. Applying the paint is very easy and you can use these paints in various ways. I have been using baby wipes to blend the colors and have been using other things that I normally would never use. For instance, I used a business card to make lines on some projects (like on the art below) and even the cardboard roll (from a paper towel roll) to make circles.
The photo above is an art journal page that I made in my Dylusions Creative Journal using Cut Grass, London Blue, Vibrant Turquoise, and Black Marble. I used some baby wipes to blend the colors. After the paint dried, I used a business card to make some lines using the black paint. I did use Liquitex Gesso to prime my page. One thing that I do recommend is that you use gesso, but it is a personal preference.
What do you think of Dylusions Paints? Have you tried them? If so, what did you make?
Thanks for visiting!
Until next time...
P.S. I would like to note that I was not compensated or asked to write this review. I wrote it because I really love this product. All opinions are my own.

Handmade Greeting Cards-Fine and Dandy Collection
Hey! Hey! I made some cards a few weeks ago and meant to post them when I first made them, but I have been a bit busy. So I'm sharing them today.
As you can see I only used Dear Lizzy's Fine and Dandy collection. This collection is awesome. At first glance, you would immediately think that it is just a birthday theme collection, but you can make so many other non birthday projects and cards. My favorite card out of the bunch is the card that says "Have Fun Ok!"
Supplies Used:
- Dear Lizzy Fine and Dandy 6x6 Paper Pad
- Dear Lizzy Fine and Dandy ephemera
- Dear Lizzy Fine and Dandy Chipboard Stickers
- Wood Veneers
- Tombow Xtreme Adhesive
Which card is your favorite?

Mother, Can You Not?--Blogging for Books Review
Hey! So lately I have really been into reading (and adding to my TBR list) nonfiction and humor books. I have never heard of Katie Siegel or her Instagram page which you can check out here. However, the book caught my eye so I decided to check it out.
Mother, Can You Not? is a book of essays about Kate and her mother's relationship. Most people do not have the kind of relationship that Kate and her mother have and it was interesting to read about it. I thought the book was funny, and there were plenty of decent stories in the book. I love that the book included emails and text messages that they sent to each other. Two of my favorite stories from the book are Green Eggs and Sperm as well as I Am Woman. These two stories were funny, but was about an important topic that all parents eventually have to have with their kids and in this case especially girls. The only thing that kind of annoyed me was that word "vagina" popped up like a million times within the first few pages. Don't get me wrong, some of the jokes were funny, but it gets annoying when it's mentioned a lot and makes it seem like that is the the only thing she knew how to and can joke about is that.
Would I actually purchase this book? Honestly, I am not too sure. I would definitely borrow it from the library. Overall, I would give this a 3/5 stars.
Have you read Mother, Can You Not? If so, what are your thoughts?
Thanks for visiting!
Until next time...
I received this book from Blogging for Books in exchange for this review. All opinions expressed here are my own.

Currently List
Happy Tuesday! It's time for another Currently List!
Watching: I woke up super early and was able to catch the early news.
Reading: Does anybody else wake up to a bunch of emails? I caught up on some blog posts as well.
Listening: So my friend posted a meme that referenced Dirty Diana in it and now I can not stop listening to the song.
Making: I am really loving making all these art journal pages and working on #100DaysOfArt. I have been posting pictures on my Instagram account which you can check out here.
Feeling: It feels awesome to get a lot of stuff done really early so I may be able to have some "me time".
Planning: I can't believe that my oldest son will be six. Six! He's getting too big. I want my boys to stay little forever!
Loving: New art supplies and books for Mother's Day is always nice! I got some mixed media books, some brushes that I really needed and wanted. I also got some palette knives and some Tim Holtz Distress Crayons. I'm really glad that Hobby Lobby is now putting some new products in the store. I was so surprised when I saw that they finally have the Tim Holtz Distress Crayons, paints, spray stains, kits, and markers in stock. Also I learned the hard way that you should really pay attention to what type of brushes you use with paints and mediums. I really messed up a brush that I used with gesso. Oh well, you live and you learn.
