The great thing about the course (for me) was that you could use different formats when completing the prompts. Some people put the prompts in Project Life format while others (like myself) use a notebook. I actually used the Rukristin's notebook kit. I didn't want to worry to spend too much time embellishing my notebook and the pages so I was glad that I got the kit. It had everything I needed for the course.
I love how my cover came out even though some of the letters are not straight. I had to be really gentle with the arrow stickers because there were two that actually tore, but it was very easy to fix it. I may add a little bit of washi tape on side, but I'm not sure yet.
This first prompt was actually a bonus prompt, but I'm so glad that this prompt was created because I had so much stuff on my mind. It was nice to just make a little list instead of writing pages and pages of all of these things.
I'm actually a little sad that the course ended, but I am glad that I decided to participate in it. I may just go back and complete the prompts again. The only difference is that I will focus on my past since I completed the prompts by focusing on the present.
I think that you can still purchase the My Details e-Course (don't quote me lol), so if you're interested then go ahead and check it out.
Until next time...
Emi
So excited for you to have started this blog! Excellent!
ReplyDeleteYour cover is adorable. I was so excited to participate in the MyDetails ecourse, but a family member died, I couldn't concentrate on work, and I was depleted of all creativity for a while. Kinda freaked me out. I will be sure to look back at the prompts and find somewhere to squeeze them in.
I'm so sorry for your loss Amanda. Thank you for the kind words. I look forward to seeing what you do with the prompts.
DeleteI love what you have done here! Such great inspiration!
