May Goals

Wow another month has gone by and now it's finally May! May is one of my favorite months and it's also a very busy month for my family and I. Even though this month will be busy, I still have a few goals that I want to accomplish. Ready to check out my recap of April and my May goals? Ok...here we go...

Recap of my April goals

  • Declutter closets: This was a success. It felt so good to finally declutter some of my closets.
  • Donate clothing: This was a success. I was able to sell a few pieces of clothing and then donated the rest of the clothes. We were able to donate two big bags of clothing.
  • Exercise more: This was a fail. I definitely plan to try to work out more.
  • Read 2 books: This was a success. I read Things We Lost in the Fire by Mariana Enriquez and Milk and Honey by Rupi Kaur. You can read my review of Things We Lost in the Fire here. I will post my review of Milk and Honey soon.
  • Make 8 cards: This was a success. I made 27 handmade cards. I am very happy to say that I am on track with my 100 Day Project.
  • Post 20 blog posts: This was a success. I wrote exactly 20 blog posts for April.

May Goals
  • Read 1 book
  • Post 15 blog posts
  • Exercise more
  • Declutter makeup basket

What are your goals for May?

  1. Oh I hear you on the exercise - I failed at that this month too. I need to do better in May! I should also declutter my makeup, thanks for the idea!

    1. Hi Kimberly. My makeup basket is currently out of control yet I rarely wear makeup. I'm determined to declutter that basket this month.

    1. I plan on writing down my goals in my planner and making sure to write that I need to clean up my makeup basket in my planner. If I write it down on in my planner, it will get done.

  4. Im failing the exercise with you girl! Turns out Texas isn't getting a proper spring this year. We usually walk to get the kids after school but its either summer temps and to hot or its cold and rainy. Since I'm unable to drive, the gym is out. So uninspired to get moving. I have two big bags for donations already and its only the first of the month LOL. Have a good week!

    1. Hi Kim. It's been so hot which has been making me not want to even go outside. When I finally do want to go and exercise, it ends up raining lol.
