We R Memory Keepers Mini Alphabet Punch Board Review

Happy Thursday! A couple of weeks ago, I heard about the Mini Alphabet Punch Board by We R Memory Keepers. I was so excited when I saw this product because I thought it would be really useful for all of the projects that I make. I knew that it would be perfect for cards, layouts, art journaling, and for my new journal. I also thought it would be perfect for school projects. There is a larger alphabet punch board that is available, but I really like the size of the mini punch board. After searching online, I finally found out that the only local store that carries the mini size is Hobby Lobby. So I decided to go to Hobby Lobby and purchase one.

Seriously how cute is this punch board? It's so small and has everything you need to punch out your letters. You can also punch out numbers and an exclamation point.

The punch board came with an instruction booklet. I highly recommend that you read the instructions first. I do have to admit that I got a bit frustrated because I kept messing up when I tried to make my letters. I did read the instructions, but the instructions were mainly visual instructions. The booklet did not have a lot of written words. The only instructions that I saw and read was to trim the paper to 1.5x2.5 inches using a paper trimmer or the punch board. Then everything else was just visual instructions so you have to look at the pictures and try to do everything that is shown. Luckily, I was able to find a video on Youtube that showed someone using the punch board. There is also an app that is available with the instructions as well. I think that's really cool because then you don't have to take the booklet with you.

Once I finally realized what I did wrong (which was a simple error lol), I was able to make a couple of letters. I love how they turned out. I plan to add the letter "E" to my journal.

Do you have the original alphabet punch board or mini alphabet punch board? What do you think of this new product?

Thanks for visiting!

Until next time...
